If the viewer is not installed, use Install viewer beside the device and run the downloaded setup. Then click Connect again. Allow your browser to open the viewer. Use Edge or Chrome if an embedded browser blocks external applications.

Connect opens the separate Windows viewer. Locked-screen access requires the Windows service installation.

Enroll a Windows device

Download a setup package and run it on the target PC. It installs REX for the current Windows user, enrolls automatically, and starts at sign-in. Each package works for one new PC and expires after 10 minutes. Keep it private.

The recipient receives a 30-minute installation link and an automatic confirmation after enrollment. Uses the organization and office selected above.
